I did NOT know ya had to de-interlace them and remove audio from one of the movies.
I thank you my friend, i am forever in your debt!
I just had to ask cuz this is one of the better anaglyph movies even works in fullscreen. I could've sworn i could tap on of those kids on the head. hahaha. So much depth!
Once again thank you!

Yup, YouTube video quality for moving video is horrible. Especially if you need to preserve the red/cyan highlights and display them in sync. I've essentially given up on the site, and moved over to better quality sites - even FaceBook is better, - H

Very nice quality, especially for YouTube.

How the heck did you manage to get the videos played? When i render them the preview looks GREAT and saves as avi, but when i try to play them i get some kinda "unsupported" message.
I've tried every compression option on the list...
Can ya help a brother out?

Get videos played. Which? The MPG videos straight from the Sony camcorders? I can play them with VLC on a PC. They do have a strange audio CODEC, but I think VLC works straight away. Is that what you meant?

No. But you have answered a question i didn't ask but long time needed wanted to know as well hahaha. I'm gonna try VLC.
I mean use Stereo Movie Maker to create the anaglyph effect and save the movie, what compression do you use? When i save my files it won't play.

Yup, NOW I know what you mean. SMM had problem combining the video from my twin Sony DCR-SR100s, but it didn't like the audio. So, used VirtualDub to remove the audio from ONE of the two movies, and then Multiplexed it (again with VirtualDub) onto the final SMM output. As far as Video goes, I always rencode each source video with VirtualDub (Codec mpeg4V2) because you need to deinterlace the videos before you combine them with SMM!
