What were the native Americans along the Pacific coast like in the 1500s? Indians living in or near Temescal Valley California at that time were no doubt similar.

The series "Temescal Valley Times" presents this fifteen minute documentary highlighting passages from Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo's log along with rare photographs and reenactments to dramatize the narrative. This is part one of two.
