Lockheed Martin is producing the battle proven Patriot Advanced Capability (PAC-3) Missile under a production contract for the U.S. Army Air and Missile Defense Program Executive Office. The PAC-3 Missile is being incorporated into the Patriot air defense system.

The 'hit-to-kill' PAC-3 Missile is the world's most advanced, capable and powerful terminal air defense missile. It defeats the entire threat: tactical ballistic missiles (TBMs) carrying weapons of mass destruction, cruise missiles and aircraft. The PAC-3 Missile is a quantum leap ahead of any other air defense missile when it comes to the ability to protect the warfighter in their defining moments.

  • what are you smoking?

  • @ImmortalPatriot101 Can you prove your statement that PAK-3 is combat proven?))) S-300 /400 and PAK-3 have the same combat experience. What targets has PAK-3 shot down? For example S-125 shot down stealthy F-117....what are PAK-3's achievements?

  • finalemant le maroc a acheté les pac3 apret les avoir essayé a tantan en été2009

aprés qu'ils ont eu des améliorations sont devenues les meilleures missil patriot

  • @kibabiba It was deployed in Operation Iraqi Freedom but never used.

However, it has the large advantage of building off of the mistakes/problems the PAC-1/2 experienced. Something the S-300/400 does not have.

If you can battle test a system, you will have a much better idea of what needs to be fixed & how to do it.

You can really work out the "child diseases" that appear in most untested systems that enter combat.

  • @kosiak10851 It has a range of 240 km. Greater than the S-300.

  • @kibabiba 5) the Serbian commander who shot it down stated it was notoriously hard to track even with their techniques and despite the fact they knew where and when the aircraft would be. 6) Even Dani noted the massive amount resources needed to secure that one kill is not practical as it literally took a small army. On the surface it is a good kill, but not really considering the vast amount of resources to get there.. Not my words..... "Colonel Dani." janes.com. Retrieved: 12 June 2010.

  • @kibabiba Actually the F-117 was shot down yes with one missle, but 1) it took a huge volleys of S-300's to finally make a hit. Furthermore they were only able to track it after the bomb bay doors had opened. 3) NATO had made the mistake of flyng the exact same routes and did not factor in visual spotters 4) Serbia had spies at Italy watching and communicating when the F-1117 would take and given the known speed, could predict when it would be their territory and ....

  • @ironhardt what is the proof tha usa really landed on moon.. there many proofs that they did not

  • @ImmortalPatriot101 What is range of PAC-3 by the way? How can it be better if it cant provide air superiority in large area

  • @ImmortalPatriot101 "extensively" You are dumb american. Americans couldn't intercept all of Arab 60year old design rockets. Why do you call it combat? Russians are training their air defence units on ranges. They have the biggest test site for air defence missiles. The only american missile used to fight real army is stinger!
