@woodalexander It was originally NH No. 23 then went on to Penn Central, then it went on to Metro-North, then it went to the NYS&W on the Syracuse operation, which is why it's painted in maroon; it's to hide the MN safety stripes. Sister 43 also went through this phase, I think that one is the one on the Southern RR of NJ.

Very VERY nice to see an RDC run as God and the Budd Company intended and not being used as a cab car. I probably photographed this car when it was working for MetroNorth on the Port Jervis line.

Are you sure it's ex-MN? I don't know the exact history of this one, the others that are in the Lake Region (demotored) are all ex-MBTA. Would make sense that it's ex MNRR though, as CSRR bought it from the Susquehanna.
