  • I learned this in my social psych class, and the thing is...we do the reverse for ourselves. We think that our negative behavior is environmentally caused while our positive behavior is internal.

    This plays a role in discrimination, like of the lower class. "Well, I'm successful because I'm a hard worker (and special)...so obviously, they're lazy and unmotivated".
