In Toby's daily vlog channel if you watch the video "ANNOYING ORANGE ON DVD!!" he tells you that he needs to pick up his friend, Andrew Meyer up, and that he is the guy that said "dont tase me bro". Also if you watch Toby's video "Samara Pulls a Fast One" you can see Toby and Andrew doing a skit together, and also in the credits it says "Guy eating Corn Pops - The Andrew Meyer". Also that video was posted in 2006, a year before the "Dont tase me bro" video came out (2007)
