@videodesignerz there comes a point where the negative effects of the drugs far out-weigh the benefits. In the case of a severe mental illness such as Schizophrenia, the side effects are nothing compared to the misery of Schizophrenia, but things like panic disorder and anxiety are far easier to treat then Schizophrenia, and thus the need for risky and powerful drugs can be avoided because after a given period these drugs are no longer effective for them and you are left with two big problems.
