The best recommendation I have is to start with your focus foundation work. Getting and maintaining your dog's attention on you at your side in a variety of settings, and then add more activity around you. Have really delicious treats if your dog is food motivated. Eventually go to more populated parks with kids and dogs around, and reward for eye contact. Use a tug toy if your dog likes that, too. Rally obedience is great for this too. Good luck!!
