  • im sorry, but baby blue and marble fender? that is just funny

  • actually, its baby green...you must be azn my friend!

  • if you used your fingers you would sound a hundred times better

  • pick sounds way better imo...just check anti flag songs out to see why

  • wat kind of amp do u use?

  • crate bt50

  • That's your opinion. I think both have their own tonal qualies. Picks really help out bringing out the tone of the bass and give a sharper, punchier tone, that really helps you cut through more. Fingers are much more bassier, round sounding. I prefer fingers, but if I'm playing a song where the bassists uses a pick I'll use one, or I'm making my own song that uses a lot of harmonics and chords, I'll use a pick if it sounds better. This song sounds way better with a pick, gives it a nice tone.

  • @EscapeThaFaith Nope, it's the bass of Mark Hoppus from Blink-182. Joe uses a standard Precision

  • Hey is it the bass of Joe from RA ?

  • your just playin on my fav songs on my fav instument :P good shit bro

  • drop?

  • @crope182 and rise against...

  • kinda looks like a Mark Hoppus signature bass =P or it could just be me. nice cover dude. i love your basses tone.

  • Nice job but dude pics kinda ruin the smoth sound of the bass I only use them when figuring out a song or writing

  • nice cover, i use a pick too :D

  • dude is that a jazz bass?, it looks like one coz of the off set body :P :L

  • @ClaytonStaples

    Yes, I was insulting you.

No. just cause Joe Principe uses a pick doesn't mean it sounds better that way. there's always room for improvement.

still, weather or not it sounds better with or without a pick is an opinion.
