  • Does your amp have a gain channel?? Were you using it? It has a nice overdriven sound. How many watts is your amp??

  • @LesterPaul01 yes i was using the drive channel in this vid, the amp is a peavey classic 30, 30 stands for 30 watts, you can watch part 1 of this video and you can see when i switch the amp from a clean channel to the over driven one.

  • What was your amp and guitar volume?? Thanks

  • @LesterPaul01 guitar was at 10, the amp was between 3-4

  • What made you decide to do the pup swap?? sounds great.

  • @LesterPaul01 i donno, i guess i was tired of the original pickups at some point, these pickups where built close to vintage paf specs. so i though i would give them a shot.

  • haha, if i had it my way i would probably make playing guitar a full time job for me. but that needs alot more dedication and still have to pay the bills somehow.

  • yep, i've seen that amp. it's definitely original.

nice playing dood. i'd hope you were getting better with all that free time you have. =P

  • thanx Dan, yea i noticed that after i did the recording, it was the my 1st time recording in the garage, and its alot bigger than my bedroom, it increase the reverb from echoing around, i actually had the reverb set at 4 in this recording (this amp goes to 12) but ill try it next time on 2

  • Great playing...just remember that the camera ADDS compression to the signal...so if you have any reverb on the amp going....it really doubles or triples that reverb through the camera. So, whatever you think the reverb in the room should be....go half or one third of that when you're recording through the camera.
