How does this car stack up to the Legacy 3.6R? The 3.6R has a more rear biased AWD so I was wondering if that has an affect on the driving feel.

@minibus1351 Interior design I give you...but quality wise...umm I don't think so. Suburu uses better materials then honda or toyota these days, it's just designed so badly, you wouldn't notice it. Then again, mitsu is using better materials then the 12 civic...so I guess that bar is pretty low. And hyundai is using some freaking top notch materials for their cars these days, like top of the class in many cases top notch. Ford is also good...but you said american and dodge interiors are a joke.

@yamenad well quality to me isnt what its made of but how long it will last and subarus last a very long time i will have to say longest lasting.

@maseratiquattroport 18 City and 25 Highway according to the EPA. I got 22 driving it pretty hard.

@monkeyman8644 Yea we thought about the WRX...a few grand cheaper than the Legacy and faster to 60 with basically the same engine. We're working trying to set-up a three way review with the WRX, Legacy 2.5GT and STI. Please stay tuned.
