Normally Corporations are the ones who are supposed to be paying takes and not flesh and blood people. However,in today America,Corporations dont pay any taxes but flesh and blood people MUST pay taxes.

A kinda infamous person with my last name... interesting. Anyhoo, I just have to say taxes are needed. We need to tax the rich and help the poor. Maybe because I'm a compassionate caring person, but I would gladly pay more in taxes if it meant I was helping someone less fortunate.

IRS does what it wants and has been given power to do so. Ones Ignorance is used to twist to their advantage. Watch anything that has to do with Mr. Tom Cryer or Truthattackorg Maybe you already know this. Title 26 is in place for a reason. once you start to see the function of title 26 and WHO it applies to it makes sense. The problem is HOW it is "misapplied" today.Read early writings about it. 1700's up.

look under the list of current laws and it is not there

because it is unconstitutional and if where mad a law the courts would have to see cases on it itself

and not try people for selling or evading

but the IRS is not a government agency

they work out of Porto Rico and work for the federal reserve system !as a collection agency,no money goes back to the government

Here is ’the law’: Title 26

Section 1, imposes the tax

Section 61 defines Gross income

Section 63 defines Taxable income.

Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and

Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.
