  • @NCTA Edit the video and type the year of the test. Then re-upload the video and remove this. By the way it must be the digital switch not test. WECT signed off on that day.

  • Actually, it was the real thing in Wilmington. The analog signals were permanently switched off in that market, except for PBS.
