Zack Ferris has recently released a video series entitled "Learn to Dance on the Keys" edited/produced by Jack Morris which uses a step by step regimen focusing on a methodized way of improvising. In order to get into a "musical zone," one has to be at a certain level. This video was designed to work with any rhythm loop and is a whole new way of thinking and practicing. The student learns the twelve keys to develop a palette from which to choose. They then start to develop a voice, in much the same way a baby starts to put words together to form sentences. This series was designed to be a step-by-step process to achieve fluency on the piano, much like fluency in speaking a language
