These pictures were taken during the second successful peaceful pro-life protest against the new Aurora, IL Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood used an alias name, lied to alderman when constructing the medical facility and said they did not have a tenant for the new building, they even left pertinent information off the occupancy permits such as "occupant unknown". The CEO of Planned Parenthood was quoted saying that he was shocked on how long they were able to keep it a secret! Sadly the Planned Parenthood opened October 1. This protest was called "Were Here For Life" to remind the city council, Planned Parenthood and the news media that we are not leaving until this Planned Parenthood is closed for good and women are safe. • Abortion saves lives

    Howard Stern

  • i got the above info on msn's home page there is a link dont know how long it will stay up though

  • Plan B, also known as the "morning after" pill, is not the same as RU-486, a pill that causes an abortion. In fact, if you take Plan B when you're already pregnant—that is, if a fertilized egg has attached to the wall of your uterus—it won't make a bit of difference.

  • Nine states—Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Washington, and Vermont—have sold and will continue to sell Plan B directly to women of any age.

  • MYTH: The "morning after" pill is not available to minors without a prescription

As of April 2009, Plan B is available to women ages 17 and up, nationwide, over the counter without a prescription. (You just need to ask the pharmacist.) It has been available over the counter for those 18 and up since 2006, while individual states could make their own rulings about availability to minors.

  • The president said that while "maybe we won't agree on abortion ... we can still agree that this is a heart-wrenching decision for any woman to make."He urged supporters work together to reduce the # of women seeking abortions by reducing unintended pregnancies, and making adoption more available, and providing care and support for women who carry their child to term."

  • & endorsed the drafting of a "sensible conscience clause" to "honor the conscience" of doctors and others opposed to abortion.

Let's "make sure that all of our policies are grounded in clear ethics, as well as respect for the equality of women,"

  • abortion is abortion. Pharmaceutical companies don't make money by giving it away and FDA rules that a pharmacist would have to prescribe it. Even in Hoosierland I doubt Planned Parenthood passes out morning-after pills on a whim. check out the quote I am posting right above this comment.

  • in indiana there were a few weeks ago and i know not to minors but does that really matter abortion is abortion anyways all im gunna say is i'm against it not violently against it...

  • not to underage minors they don't. In what state? Please find your information from a qualified and unbiased source. Don't listen to those brainwashing anti-choice people because they lie and even go as far as shooting doctors and innocent people who have nothing to do with the laws. In fact, most are too ignorant to know how to go about getting the law reversed.
