What's we have here is a petrified baby mammoth tooth, with a carving of a Human effigy on a side, and a carving of a Mammoth on the other side. The minimum age of this artifact is fairly easy to estimate as the last time mammoths walked around men was 12,000 years ago. If they had not have seen these mammoths walking around with their own eyes, they could not and would not have been able to carve them. More information at http://paleoface.blogspot.com/

  • @pitatapiu: If you can't describe what is it exactly, you can't prove that it is not a "petrified baby mammoth tooth". Beleive it or not, we have thousand of petrified pieces like this one. We are not newbies... We are preparing a book on the subject because apparently, nobody know...

  • That is not a mammoth tooth, sorry
