@recurveninja yes he was. he was part of samurai aristocracy, but was allso trained in art of ninja. he was allready legend in his lifetime. there was intere shrine for him in tokio and his grave is still there to see.

Both of them were real. Kotaro was the leader of the Fuma ninja clan during the Sengoku era.

Actually in History the name Kotaro Fuma only appears in a book called " Hojo jo Godaiki" so there's a possibility that he is fictional. so half the stuff told about him is probably fake.

@bre4kd0wn1 Hanzo never got killed by Kotaro that's a fictional story that became popular. Hanzo died of natural causes

I guess Kotaro doesn't need to go invisible, he is a ninja but he relies more on brute force. seriously, he is much stronger than Hanzo in this game, being given demonic powers. he can teleport and truly be invisible, and judging by his ingame comments he clearly is clairvoyant.
he got cool voice acting on both Japanese and English :) pure badass!
