6 bricks in under 5 minutes; amazing!
I am currently researching "institutes of higher learning"; so my wife will cheat on me too. God bless DIY's, they make us look like God's to their cheating slutty wives. Next time your wife "goes out for a drink" with her friends; chances are, she's spreading her legs for the contractor who was working at your neighbour's house last week. Enjoy pretending to be a man, boy lover!

some upside down methods man, cheers for the video

Thank you for the whole series Lou. Very informative and will reference these videos while building my fireplace. And to all of you "professional" masons who feel the need to bash about "your" trade. Get over it. Us educated DIY's can figure this stuff out. Last time I checked, they don't offer mud slinging and brick placing courses at any institute of higher learning that I know of. And use your spell check, it will make you look like less of a "professional brickie" when your insulting us.

use your trowel for tap it down

Im just giving you a tip on when your placing the mortar on the brick. you dont need to evenly spread it out first, when you get mortar on the trowel, snap your wrist so it evenly spreads the mortar on the trowel and slap it down on the brick in a line. Then come back with the point of the trowel and make triangles by like poking the mortar at maybe a 50 degree angle. Also, when jointing, do all of the verticle joints first, then horizontal after. And buy a brick hammer. Its easier to brea

@fdjd32908 - Maybe 200 hours. All nights and weekends, so I am not sure.
