  • I wish we had people around today who did this type of stuff!

  • My dad is absolutely nuts about this song, he drives my mom, brother, twin sisters {twins to one another not me} crazy playing it and my sisters' kids just tell their granpa to turn it off. I think it's a rather cute song and though I'm not big on folk music, why should we question what people love so long as they don't blast our ears and minds with it if we don't like it?

  • @Jennicorn The constant jibberish that has resulted from this, and other songs/rhymes is driving me to distraction.

  • @EllaTheOrdinary Tim minchin.

  • Donald Swann's voice sounded quite interesting to me when I first heard Flanders and Swann's music on the Internet.

  • @Jennicorn Folk Music? Their forte was sung political satire! Glad your dad loves these, so do I ! I drive my kids mad!

  • 0 dislikes - few Youtube uploads can lay claim to this! Deservedly so. Splendid stuff

  • My father -- American, passed away two weeks ago at the age of 84 -- LOVED these guys.

We were fortunate enough to live in the UNK for three years when I was young, and he introduced me (as a young boy) to them. How fortunate am I? :-)
