WHAT BARACK OBAMA MEANS TO BLACK AMERICA
On Monday, February 16, 2009 the St. Paul's African Methodist Episcopal Church in Cambridge, Massachusetts held its annual Bishop Richard Allen Lecture Series. This year, distinguished Professor of Law Dr. Charles J. Ogletree, Jr., provided the lecture and then moderated a panel. This year's theme was "What the Obama Presidency means for Black America." Professor Ogletree, both Barack and Michelle Obama's Harvard Law Professor, invited me to be a panelist, the only youth panelist at the table. I provided youth perspectives as to what Obama's priorities and agenda should be as to accommodate the interests of those who could very well re-elect him.

Sorry that the sound is almost impossible to detect. Anyway, this was a great opportunity for a young person who clearly cares what is happening in the world today. Thank you Samuel for your documentary on the Fistula Hospital in Addis Abbaba, Ethiopia - a great addition to the documentary data to date on this wonderful hospital.
