@IStrenghtAndHonorI if you have any gate in the historia crux before academia or the academia gate closed you cant access that side mission. took me awhile to figure that out too

Hi guys, Raspital is so damn rare even after 1 hour I could not get a single fight with her so I need the paradox professor fragment but it is bugged! In the fragment section it says: Deliver your explored maps! I have more than 11 maps 100% explored and I done with the main story and still I can't talk Miss Horizon! She doesn't say anything and it's not even possible to talk to her. Please help if you know about this.
