You'll notice, however, that they were careful not to name or make direct reference to her. Wise choice, considering her life style. No one unfamiliar with her work will identify the "That's it -- ha, ha, ha" at the end as quite possibly her own voice.

By making this commercial using this song, they completely contradicted what this song is really about. Thus, proving Janis' point.
