Oil well in Brea, Ca (Stearns 104)

Looks like a lufkin to me, this well is a operated by linn western operating. It is located on Brea Canyon rd about a 1/4 mile down the road from Brea cañon oil company and is on the right side. There is another oil well several hundred feet away but was not operating. Also shown up on the hill is a workover rig putting on downhole tubing on a well. I live in Brea and I am around oil well's all the time so let me know if you want any more videos.

I always thought it was strange to have oil wells located on tops of hills.

Yeah it's really common here. Makes for some tricky navigating of trucks and especially workover rigs.
