This spider is so big and so small some times. It don´t give up when it´s hungry!

HELP! After I completed the Secret Mission I have to get through the door but I can't until I defeat the enemy which turns out to be that spider dude and the Sin scissor things...but none of those enemies pop up!!

@NekomataJinchuuriki its in the room of the mision 2 (the room of the key what open the door when you fight againts the dog (lion etc.)
