Here's a few minutes of the Bad Company 2 beta on my Eyefinity setup. It's got 3 19" widescreen monitors and a pair of Radeon 5770s. The game is running on high in DirectX 9 mode with no AA at 4320x900. Framerates are usually around 45, and they seldom drop below 30.

Sorry for the washed out color. The snowy map combined with a dark room make for a confused camera.

  • Hey. Do you think that i can play some games on eyefinity on: CPU: Intel Core i5 750 2,7GHz (4 CPUs) RAM: 4GB RAM DDR3 1333Mhz HDD: 500GB GPU: XFX Radeon HD 5770 xXx 1GB GDDR5 128-bit OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit PSU: OCZ ModXSTREAM Pro 600watt DVD: Samsung DvD/RW SH-S223C MOBO: ASUS P7P55D-LE

Definitely. That system is roughly the same as mine, and I handle Eyefinity fine in most games with 3 19" widescreens at 4320x900. However, with one 5770, you will have to turn some settings down in Bad Company 2.

  • Very Cool!

Sad to see you have to sell it :(

  • @MeRock59 Okey, Thanks :)

  • @nikosyv try edbpriser.dk

  • @jamesjameshart 600w OCZ Stealth

  • @nikosyv I got mine from Newegg.com, but they probably don't ship to Denmark. Look around and see what you can find. Good luck :)

  • @MeRock59 Hmm. Okay.. Well. An HD5870 is a little too expencive for me but a HD5850 is within my budget. I was just really about to consider buying 2nd HD5770 for crossfire but you just convinced me :p. Thanks a lot :)

  • @MeRock59 awesome, i have vga only.. but i can't figure out where to buy the adapter from?? can you reccommend any sites that can ship to denmark?

  • @nikosyv Even though it's a Crossfire setup, you still only have 2 active display outputs. To get the third, you need an active DisplayPort adapter. The DVI ones will run you about $100, but I got a VGA one for $25.
