Doesn't anyone else think it's incredibly strange that he shoots a burning arrow at the beginning? Never mind the fact that there's a dude walking around in a banana suit...
the scuba diver is my uncle he told me everything about the shooting of the video ask me and i will know OR i can tell you. this is in chicago (YEAH GO CHICAGO!) andrew bird is not a famous person like the beatles or rollingstones hes only local to CHICAGO!
I liked this song well enough on Noble Beast, but whenever he reworks one of his songs, likes he's done with Lull, Fiery Crash, Why, and a number of others live, especially during the Armchair Apocrypha tour, I'm just blown away. I really haven't ever seen the man do wrong. Looking forward to see him again as he's even more incredible live.
This was filmed in chicago and my uncle is the scuba diver and his friend (banna guy) asked him to be in the video. To prove it the drummer was going to leave and come back for an encore but he got stuck and they had to pull him out and it was a big deal. Trust me im not lieing he is my uncle! andrew bird is cool i like his music.
