Interesting.. Love OS X... However... the clip shows rather more options (though on Skype 2.8 beta) than he has.. For instance I cannot find the priority feature. Any ideas?

Erm, not that I want to nitpick, but it's pronounced 'Mac OS 10', not 'X'. Sorry, but it just bugged me.
