You overlooked the fact that one flies (or has flown) his jet to Hawaii. Do you really perceive Newt as a "Socialist"? I think of him more so a "Federalist" being that he is a "Constitutionalist" at heart. Just my $.02 but, given the candidate pool, I prefer to stay in the "shallow end" rather than take the plunge into the deep-end we now find ourselves in.
