Get a new representative she is too aggressive and too hostile verbally. she repeats herself way too much. To me it sounds more like a mother that is disappointed with her kid. I agree it is important to make people aware of the do's and don'ts but lighten up when discussing it.

The video becomes helpful around 3:03. Rep is pretty but approach is not.

great video, but the title says "Idea Buyers", so how would someone sell an idea "without" getting a patent?

if someone absolutely knows it a good idea, and it will definitely sell, how would they sell it without spending the time or money? taking under consideration that the "top ten manufacturers" are capable of identifying this product as a sellable product.
