The implementation of PFA's new South Battalion will bring an increased level of service such as reduced response times, improved emergency scene management and better ability to respond to simultaneous alarms to the southern portion of our district which will greatly improve the safety of customers and firefighters.


New Engine 5 was dedicated to past Fort Collins Fire Chief Clifford Carpenter who died in the line of duty on June 29, 1965. Also honored are the 343 Fire Department of New York firefighters who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
