Good ol' Jimmy Hong! One of the top character actors in the biz ("Chinatown" proves it). Very underated & underused. I wonder if he's related to the Wong family that runs the "Wong Brothers" chain of Chinese laundries. They have a killer slogan: "Two Wongs Can Make It White".
