Winnebago County IL ASC T135-AC/DC (Winnebago County Tornado Mode) - 1/4/2011

This unit is located on the grounds of Rockford College (Rockford, IL). The approximate coordinates for this unit are N 42 16.258 W 89 01.346. This unit replaced an ASC T-128AC/DC that was located at N 42 15.945 W 89 00.567. That unit was not able to cover Reuben Aldeen Park North of Rockford College so this unit was put in place to cover the park and areas previously covered by the T-128.

The camera that was used was a Canon Powershot S3 IS with a Sony VCL-DH1758 1.7x Telephoto lens attached.

I forgot to mention that on the day that I filmed this, it was in the low 20's with windchill of extremely low teens... I got freaking cold!!!

@spotandtiggerbug Once again, This is a Tempest 135-AC/DC. The new Tempest 135-AC/DC units are manufactured to look similar to the Tempest 128-AC/DC. I have a video posted of a Tempest 128 and the differences can be noted. This T135 has a larger horn that does not taper like the rear of a T128. The unit featured in this video IS a T135-AC/DC.
