RAISE TESTOSTERONE NATURALLY!: http://www.heretical-health.info/raisetestosteronenaturally.html . I made one recording of the whole thing yesterday, only to realise that you aren't allowed to upload videos longer than ten minutes. Consequently I had to do the workout again today and break the recording into three parts, stopping and starting the camera again immediately. The whole thing took approximately 25 minutes or a little longer, depending on whether you allow time to be taken off for having to clean the bar onto the top rack and get the floor-wiper stands out the way (see part 3).

The exercises in part 1 are the pull-up (25 reps), the deadlift (50 reps with a Heraklean 137.5lbs), the push-up (50 reps) and the 24-inch box jump (50 reps).

    Yes, I think it turned out to be exactly 24", but not very stable.

    I did it four times during the week ending in this recording, and since then I've done it an average of zero times per week.

    It is very difficult to effectively fit in both a lot of strength training and a lot of conditioning, although I usually want to do some of both. However, I prefer conditioning workouts that are shorter and simpler than this, with one or two exercises or a sequence of closely related ones, or I might use loads of exercises but in an unstructured, untimed, unpressured way, but ending up with fairly large oxygen deficits. I rarely repeat the exact same routine.
