The role of a worksite occupational health nurse is very important in ensuring the wellness of the employees.

These OHNs can help with initiating, developing, and evaluating the health promotion program in the workplace.

If you think that the company will gain nothing and only add more financial expenses by having health promotion program, you wrong.

Employees might feel uncomfortable if they have to go to a healthcare provider outside their workplace.
