Ray Ozzie: Google Wave Is Anti Web

This guy is just amazing... WTF??
Wave is will probably change how we communicate on the internet and we will soon ask our self how we even manage to get the job done with MS...

The biggest plus about Wave is in fact that it's open source.. Everyone can contribute in making it better to the benefit of all humans..

In MS words, it's nightmare because people probably wont by software like the very soon obsolete spam mail heaven which is called outlook..

Bye..bye MS.. Google is the future...

What a bunch of nonsense. Complexity makes open source necessary and thus its evil? MS is against opacity? C'mon!! Talk about hypocrisy. Open data formats, open protocols are needed, but not open source? WTF?

Who cares what he thinks anyway, he's just trying to trash the competition. We the people will decide what we want.

A dinosaur is talking about the future. Interesting: because it is complex (where concrete?) it is not good. Has someone had a look at MS Office? Even if we take this for granted for a second, MS Office still has the worser - because complexer - user interface. Most annoying for me as an architect is that an architect is doing politics this way.

Years from now, when we look back at the history of web and see someone talk about open source as being "anti-web," I think we're all going to laugh.

look at how he 'waves' around his hands, is he a little too nervous? or maybe he knows he is just trashing the competitors for the sake of doing it?
