I think Tolkien was one of the most important people in whole history. Nobody could make new language in only 50 years!

@MasterTatto I have heard of people doing just that. In fact, the Sindarin in LOTR is not pure Sindarin, it's Neo-Sindarin, as it was extended in functionality.
There are movements to extend the vocabulary of the language. I can't remember the websites, but I do remember for example they even made up a word for chocolate from the original aztec word xocoatl, and in quenya they made it to be "hocolatil".

I have learned to speak it and spoke it with a friend of mine, in Romania, as a teenager, after learning that it was actually a language I could use. Another of our friends looked into it and wrote a few phrases using a dictionary and a grammar manual. I am pretty sure that there are THOUSANDS or more like me out there that have not been counted.
