Actually I think people like the Bushes are not at the top of the pyramid. Yeah it´s true. Here in Germany it is common knowledge, as is the fact that Nazis of high value escaped after the war to the merian continent to find a home in the CIA (The so called "rat line"). And who became head of the CIA? Exactly.
