ANI is now located within Turkish borders

"At its height, Ani had a population of 100,000--200,000 people and was the rival of Constantinople, Baghdad and Cairo. Long ago renowned for its splendor and magnificence, Ani has been abandoned and largely forgotten for centuries" - Hooper, Horace Everett (1910--1911). "ANI (anc. Abnicum)". Encyclopædia Britannica Eleventh Edition. 2. Cambridge University Press. pp. 47.

During the course of Ani's history numerous waves of invasions from dozens upon dozens of different factions made the city crumbly to ruins, as well as several earthquakes damming the beautiful architecture the city once possessed, however remanence of the splendors still exist today, but in ruins.. during the Genocide in an effort to truly eradicate any historical presence in the ancient Armenian lands.. many turkish soldiers would enter Ani, and destroy ancient frescos, and add to the destruction of churches that once felt the wrath of their very own barbaric ancestors..

The Seljuk Turks with a joint invasion with their Georgian allies brought down ANI to its knees.

few Armenian folk songs.. and operas... if you are interested in them.. message me and i will tell you the names.

  • I dont get it why a Georgian christian army would ally themselfes with the muslim seljuq horde?

  • @Flaeshbjoerne they've done this repeatedly against Armenians in particular.. Georgia wanted to gain the greatest city in the entire region which was without a doubt Ani, and obtain it's riches, which it partially did, however, it was the seljuks who really ran the show. In Georgia today there is a statue of Enver Pasha the Masonic Globalist Genocide islamic Turk who brought death upon 1.5 million Armenians, 350,000 Pontic Greeks. believe it or not.. there really is. and a grave relief.

  • @Flaeshbjoerne just to clarify where Georgian hatred stems from.. there was a common saying among Georgians.. "whatever we turn around in stone, we see it has an Armenian name on it" what this virtually means is, Armenians created the Georgian Alphabet, the oldest tribe that unified Georgia, the Iberians actually spoke Armenian.. its written in their own chronicle.. their greatest architects, and even their most glorious dynasty had Armenian origin.. their distaste for us stems from paranoia

  • We Turks fucked you up very tightdly. but i will tell you, you was bloody disgusting.

  • @MegaAmatullah good for you.

  • @NKVism2 let me ask.. be honest i wont think any different nor have a different approach, but what ethnicity or nationality are you? just want to see what type of a person i'm talking to.

  • @NKVism2 the Armenian language has been proved by numerous scholars on Aryans to quite possibly be the root of all Aryan languages... i dont see where you get this natural distaste for Armenians from.. fair enough if you have had bad experiences with us.. i can't actually blame you.. but you shouldn't generalize.. as for me and my family... the majority of my family remain aryan the large majority anthropologically.. and i personally know many Armenians that look identical to scandinavians.

  • @NKVism2 some of us remain like we did in the olden days.. rough judgement from my own observations.. about 30% easily.. but that doesn't matter, just bringing that up so i can satisfy you with your eager question..

  • @NKVism2 Armenians are Aryans.. however i can agree that a large majority of the Armenian population due to invasions from non aryan tribes surrounding Armenia.. changed the demographic... however it doesn't matter people are people... judging them by them being aryan or not.. is very shallow.. and would expect that from more hateful peoples.. what holocaust game? i have no clue what you're going on about...

  • @NKVism2 what has this video got to do with anthropology? why on earth would you even bring it up? its not even relevant.. just proves how fragile your mindset is.
