That's a strawman argument and you leftists should simply respond to what people say. The NOW case involved them trying to term anti-abortion demonstrators a criminal syndicate as a means to silence them. You folks are free to kill all the babies you wish in the USA and the other side should be free to protest your evil. Nothing in the case involved jeopardizing your nefarious activities. NOW sued the good guys, not the other way around.

I've been to a few rallies and witnessed many via the internet, and it is always the pro-'choice' group that is violent and prone to criminal acts. Indeed, many demonstrations for leftist causes share this dynamic. These 'women' and their weak feminized 'male' drones wave wire hangers and spit on the pro-life demonstrators, scream sickening insults, and some performed lewd public sex acts. This newest subterfuge is only one of many recent examples of the left's attempts to crush dissent.

all states but Louisiana are common law and you can rescind your consent to obey statutes. Judges/magistrates are effectively 'captains' on a ship and they can do what they like if you consent to their jurisdiction. I have filed my Claim of Right which means I cannot be dragged into any Admiralty Court. I can only be dragged into common law courts where it must be proven I have broken common law. The more people who know this the better.

I did expect infantile [excuse the pun] behavior, but I didn't grasp the point they were trying to make: What does two 20-something men defiantly dry humping have to do with the 'right to choose'? Did they expected us to faint? It was more about their warped perception of conservatives than their stance. I don't expect everyone to have a religious view, but I don't believe we have the right to kill a being with a brain stem; this would be comparable to euthanizing someone who's not brain dead.
