When u talk to his recruits outside of the region they talk about bringing the SEC style to the North.. Big fast lineman big fast DBs huge agile linebackers that would be a DE on other teams OL that can move and block in space.. All this adds up to more players drafted into the NFL which lands u more recruits people..

N for u people who think hoke is a better coach.. Being dumb and being stupid have nothin 2 do with being ignorant!.. Hoke is n his 2nd yr n still can't win the bigten yet players are decommiting he didn't kno that Gardner should've been the starter all along n he hasn't had to play Wisc 2 yrs n a row but here's URBAN! Taking a team not built 4 his system n turned it into 11-0.. His offense is nothing like Rich rod if it were he wouldn't be UNDEFEATED! His system is built on size n speed..

Not saying he can't play but good just ain't gettin it done anymore u shoot for elite because u can get good anywhere. Our top teams wld hit bowl games n struggle against 4th n 5th place teams urban took our starting TE last season n turned into a starting tackle who has shut down the best passrushers in the conference because he's a 6'8 300lb athletic SEC TYPE lineman now.. U can't jus be big on his team

Look at it this way this is a Tressel player he would get these kids n dominate bigten play but n the national championship they get blownout urban has a good blend of NEEDED talent from around the country n he's blending it with his homegrown talent n don't put too much stock into the recruit rankings OSU constantly finished ahead of alot of those SEC schools would pound the bigten then tapout in the BCS championship
