this is a nice trail to warm up on for the day. love the paver berms they've put in over the last few years. especially since you can do a little hucking off of them if you've got some speed.

I actually had fun on this trail, as it's easy to maintain 20-30 mph. Nice to visit late in the day when the casual traffic dies down and you're tired from some of the more popular trails like Twilight Zone, Recoil, Jill's Jumps, etc. I cross Kamikaze into Lower Shock Treatment, Richter, and take that little double black diamond hill on the bottom back to the gondola, rather than going through Beach Cruiser.

@radioschizo242 Check the trail map, there are plenty of Easy and Intermediate (green or blue) trails to learn on. A good starter is the Downtown trail. Off the Top continuing to Beach Cruiser will take you from the peak down to the base of the mountain through scenic forest. Gravy Train, Trail Home and Paper Route-Big Ring are also enjoyable.

this summer is going to be my first up in mammoth. so i'm just getting my wings. are there other similar trails to this one on the mountain? the other ones are gorgeous but i'm no where near that skill level.

Beautiful views and good videography. This trail has been improving over the last couple years. Seems like the two riders are taking a leisurely time, because this can be ridden as a fun fast trail..
