  • my late lolo was from ilocos at dito na kami sa davao, kaya alam nya pano lutuin yung igado the ilocano way.. hindi ginigisa ang igado.. wla rin gulay except sa green peas... papa ko na lang marunong  magluto ng igado,, sabi nya nag evolve na kng pano ito lutuin.. still it looks delicious... tnx sa mga luto mo...

  • i read one comment down there saying that foodtrip's version is better well,what i can say is that foodtrip's and panlasang pinoy are equally good.

    Foodtrip's version is the simple pang araw araw na ulam while panlasa is yung inihahanda sa fiesta...aywen ilocano akkkkkkk!!!! lol
