@dim73467 i have the same problem and from what i see on abletons forum site other people do as well. usually with software that came with a piece of equipment, in my case an mpd26. Ive installed it on a mac and a pc and same thing on both its totally fucked im furious

i got ableton it came with my keyboard but when i try and drag my drum rack it wont let me do it or slice my samples someone please help!!!

Do you need a pad to do this...? I just want to make my own drum kit using pieces from the other kits that Ableton came with; for instance, use a bass pedal from one kit but use the snare from another. How do I do that?!

i cant seem to get this to be true with my korg padkontrol. on the controller, you can assign a pad to a certain note. and i did this to get 16 of the keys on screen to correspond to the pads, but once i scroll to different keys on screen, the pads on the controller dont trigger the keys on screen but they still trigger the original notes
how do i fix this?

jesus fuck this is frustrating...how the helll do I assign a button on my keyboard to hitting a drum rack button? can't i use the NUM pad?
Also, why does it only play the note for as long as I keep my finger down on the button???

you cant create ur own drum rack in intro, u can only use the presets

I'm using Live 8 Intro, I can't figure out how to create a drum rack. I tried dragging the "Drum Rack" with the folder icon onto a track. How do I start up a drum rack...
