@shevegen One person does have on vote, whats different is the electoral college and the all or nothing system in elections. say a candidate wins california by 2 votes....thats like 55 electoral votes. The other candidate wins smaller states in a LANDSLIDE, but that would probably be 20 electoral votes COMBINED. Essentially, a president may not win the popular vote but can win the electoral college. Its happened i think a couple times before.

The rest is the corporate fascism that they installed.
They overthrew the american republic and replaced it with a one party system (the republocrats. A shame people in the USA are still too blind to understand that this system does not offer alternatives)

As an European I do not find this funny.
- Bush jr. never had the most votes, yet he won the election. Now excuse me, but we in Europe have a simple system - one person has one vote. We don't discount this just because you have "county votes" in an archaic system that is unfit for 2012 and beyond.
- In Europe war criminals are not able to run to hide in any official position, and Bush jr. was undoubtedly one of the biggest war criminals the USA ever had.

Obama has gaffes, too, but the media won't cover those. He pronounced "corpsman" as "corpseman" 3 times, as if our Navy was full of zombies. You'd think he would have learned correct pronunciation during his travels across our 57 states.
