Artist Steve Irons shows some sketches from regular viewing of the life in Sydney streets, with great Sydney artist Toshiko Oiyama, which they did every Saturday for a number of years. A great thing to do because you only get a microsecond to record the passer by. Of course, mine are a bit of scribble, but hers are, like everything she does, a glimpse into the future from a million different pasts. Music is Suicide Town taken from Alistair Hulett's album Dance of the Under Class (p) & (c) 1992 AMCOS Red Rattler

  • Really enjoyed this video. Alistair's passing is a great loss. I will be uploading lots more video of Alistair in the coming weeks and months.

    John Hamill.

  • Another gem! Alistair Hulett's voice brings back fond memories of gigs he used to do around Sydney in the '90s.
