How many times shall u do that a day? the whole routine with 2x all 4 training variants? Only 1 time like in the video or more?

The whole routine is about 4 minutes long - 2 sets of these 4 moves. If you're doing them fast enough, you'll definitely feel tired after you complete all 8 exercises! If you have more energy, go for another round!

It's going to be different for everyone because it will depend upon your height, weight, gender, and intensity. The very cool thing about this kind of exercise is that it will increase your metabolism for the next 36 hours - which means that your body is burning more calories that entire time as well.

ive been adding this routine to my workouts 5 days a week for 3 week: alternating between all cardio and stength. ppl are seeing the weight loss!!!!!

I think this should be good enough for the cardio section of a work out. Maybe a light jog before this would do you great as well. Otherwise, just add some strength and core to this and you've got the perfect workout.
