Rapist Wayne Parker 03

Part 3 The victim, and her family, had 4 protection and no contact orders against Parker, his family and friends. These court orders, signed by county judges, were broken 76 times as of this date, with no arrest. Now the rapists friends, who are cops, are coming after the victims family with false felony charges about a photograph, which has nothing to do about the rape but of the rapists brother listening in at our window! The victim and her parents have had their computers and other personal belongings taken away by Parkers friend cop Chad Hipps, with no affidavit. Hipps took the computers to his own home and there is no telling what evidence he has erased and/or what false evidence he has put on the computers to put the victim and her family in jail. Waynes brother, Shawn, served one day for criminal trespass and harassment and was never charged for assaulting the mother of the victim. The parents are facing 6 years in prison for a picture. As for Carroll County Prosecutor Tony Rogers statement of lack of physical evidence, what about all the forensic interviews, therapist reports, the medical reports confirming rape, 76 acts of terrorism, etc. BUT, the most telling of all the evidence is this. Wayne M. Parkers semen DNA came back POSITIVE after the charges were dropped some 9 nines earlier. If Wayne Parker didnt have any sexual contact of any kind with the victim, how did Wayne Parker semen get on the victims underwear? Why is the Carroll County Prosecutor, Berryville Police, Carroll County Sheriff and State Policeman Chad Hipps, (a friend of the Parkers, his vehicle has been over at their home many time from the beginning), protecting the Parkers? OR, are they trying to hide something else, much bigger than John Parker being a cop, but involves the Parkers. We need the people of Berryville to take notice and stand against this abuse to rape victims and their families. But we need help. We have dug up all we could and now, to shut us down from exposing the big secret, they want us in jail. Not for felony rape. Not for child molestation. Not for terrorism. But for a single picture (or whatever else they can make up). A picture that the authorities have had in their possession for over 7 months and NOW they say its fake? Dont get raped in Carroll County, Arkansas! In fact, dont even drive thru this county. Continued.
