  • Do you eat grass fed raw butter ? If so, where do you order it? I've been looking around....because of the Vit A and D content, and I am trying to remineralize my teeth faster. I have issues with being allergic to cheese even raw, but butter doesn't bother me. I got the Vitamin Code raw calcium recently.....it looks good, but it doesn't have any Vit A. .Do you think we need to intake Vit A or is beta carotene enough? I'm basicly vegan but open minded about cruelty free products.

  • @ravendream33 I don't have a source for raw grass fed butter unfortunately. You should check out high vitamin butter oil products. You can take it as a supplement and it's high in vit. A (much needed) and factor X.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Thanks....Sounds like what I found onine from Green Pastures brand. Factor X ....is in the oil....and they centrifuge the whey out instead of cooking it out like in ghee. I can buy grass fed pasteurized butter in the health food store. I don't know if butter is ok with some heat pasteurization, but I think I'd rather get the really raw type since my whole diet is raw....difference in price is huge though! I guess you get what you pay for. Thanks again!

  • @ravendream33 True, the price is different. You could try grass fed ghee although the cooking apprently damages the factor X...

(Looks in fridge)>>>> NO! No pear....

Time to go to the store....I probably will use raw butter instead of the saurkraut though....
