Throughout the month of March, Payless ShoeSource will be supporting eco-model and Payless brand partner Summer Rayne Oakes as she takes on The Uniform Project's 'Pilot Series' challenge, a unique campaign to promote eco-friendly fashion and raise money for a great cause.
