Yamaha Venture shims work, and they are available in sizes between those offered by Honda. They are an exact fit.

Back in '85 if it wasn't for the width of my CBX engine, I would have lost my leg in a crash!

Did you hear it run on my #40 JSC Engineering CBX vid? The CBX has been modified since this, with different pipes, cooling system (AN fittings steel braided etc), internals, and some other stuff. Also, my Cuda run at "JSC 1970 Cuda Convertible hot rod' video.
Thanks

Tell me about the Firebird. Several of us were just talking about early 70's Formula's & TA's at a BBQ this weekend at my brothers. We all would like one. I remember borrowing my friends parents new firebird 350 when they went on vaca when we were both 15. It was my first love. Phil didn't have his turn signals down yet, so I would drive. Anyway, info plz?

Haven't needed them in 35 years of riding. I think they look lame. Kind of like training wheels. Looses the visual impact of that beautiful engine. Thanks for looking & the comment though!
